About the Authors

Azilah Binti Ismail
Azilah Binti Ismail is a lecturer in the Business Studies Programme, Politeknik Ungku Omar. She earned her Master of Science in Safety Health and Environment (MSc. SHE) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Bachelor in International Affairs Management (BIAM) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She has been teaching for over 20 years in a range of courses on Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Management Information System and Digital Entrepreneurship.
Noor Faliza Binti Omar
Noor Faliza Binti Omar is a lecturer in the Business Studies Programme, Politeknik Ungku Omar. She earned her Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She has been teaching for over 17 years in a range of courses on Management, Marketing and Organizational Behavior. She also in the team has developed curricula for Business Field and a committee member has reviewed curricula for Sijil Pengoperasian Perniagaan (SPP), Polytechnic and Community College Education Department (DPCCE).
Nor Linda Binti Mokhtar
Nor Linda Binti Mokhtar is a lecturer in the Business Studies Programme, Politeknik Ungku Omar. She earned her Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She has been teaching for over 17 years in a range of courses on Principles of Management, International Business, Principles of Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior.
Nurul Hamimah Binti Jamaludin
Nurul Hamimah binti Jamaludin is a lecturer in the Business Studies Programme, Politeknik Ungku Omar. She earned her Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in 2020 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Bachelor of Business in 2010 from the University of Tasmania (UTAS) Australia. She has more than 10 years of experience in teaching a range of courses in International Business and Human Resource Management.
Ziehanie binti Shafiai
Ziehanie binti Shafiai is a lecturer in the Business Studies Programme, Business Department, Polytechnic Seberang Perai.
